Scrap value? Sure. Anywhere from a penny or two to—to around a dollar. Totally dependent on the materials used. Tin plated copper in a borotic ceramic shell is maybe worth a penny. Occasionally 2 cents per unit. If it’s an exotic like palladium plated silver in a compacted beryllium package... 50č to a dollar plus.
But finding scrap buyers outside of an industrial city like in the rust belt is going to be difficult.
Many of those packages are a safety issue. Like boronitrate. Selenium carbo-acetate blend. The mentioned beryllium. If you have them loose and you don’t have a buyer you can drop them off at an electronics collection or hazmat drop. Please don’t toss them. In a landfill that stuff is far worse than any heavy metal. Various beryllium oxides are deadly to organic life. Including us humans.

On the flip side of it plastic ones are almost alway a tin leed and are worth half a cent to two cents.
