Does Boardsort buy 316 stainless steel? I understand that you probably test it first. But if everything checks out do you pay more for it?

316 is about equal in value as stainless vs the standard they buy. It has a lower content of nickel and chromium. The MolyB keeps the price up a bit.
Most yards lump 16 in with 04a and 09.

You’ll need to call or email Chris to find out if they’ll take it but I wouldn’t expect anything higher.
