I've separated the Ram into 1lb bundles (with zip ties) to make handling easier- and left the tails on so no one gets the dreaded 'stabby stabby'.

After that, all chips have been placed in nylon bags; said bags will be taped closed to prevent spillage, and the box reinforced longitudinally with tape.

14 of the ram stick bundles are not shown.

Legitimate and easy for them to process or have I made it harder than it needs to be?

As long as the bags are all tightly packed where they can't tear themselves apart in shipping, should be fine.

On my higher value scrap items I like to box everything separately instead of bagging if I can find enough small boxes. RAM usually gets tightly packed in a flat rate usps box, if that's not full I get the top layer as flat as possible and put a piece of cardboard on top that fits tight along all edges (tape if necessary) and then place the boxes of CPUs on top of that. If there's any space left, I pack it with cardboard or packing paper or the large silicon from underneath keyboard keys (not the little round ones, Boardsort probably wouldn't appreciate that) so that nothing shifts around when closed.

If that's all I have to ship then is a nice flat rate box I can drop off easily and if I'm sending a gaylord soon I can pack it in with that.

Thanks.
Bags are nylon Sous Vide bags- odds of them tearing are very, very very slim. I love'em.
