Anyone familiar with these? The photo shows the back. The front. And. I removed the ceramic cover to show internal. It is all ceramic carrier. Getting that cover off was a chore. But internals are obviously gold. The wire wrapped around the toroid seems to be gold wire. I have looked and looked at it. It just strongly hints of gold wire. The 2 chip dies and the capacitors are connected with gold wire. Real good possibility. Palladium content for surface mount diodes. Comments appreciated. I do not intend to resell these. They were removed from circuitry.
Here to learn like everybody else.

Certainly looks like gold to me, though the picture isn't super great zoomed in. I imagine whatever they were installed in would be pretty stationary if so, unless there's some adhesive to stabilize the toroids.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anywho, some thoughts.

Marked141. I uploaded a better picture. Click once on picture then it will be much clearer. As a FYI. Those small dies are actually flip chips. Also. The entire circuit qualifies for Pb free. Also Bromine and Antimony free. It is an obsolete product. In the picture. The wires do not appear gold. But. That has to be from light refraction. They appear gold. When tilting the package. The toroid is not glued down. But the entire circuitry has a very thin sealant covering it. I had attempted removing the ceramic cap earlier on a previous piece. It shattered. Pieces flew everywhere. Thats how I could see the thin sealant coating. Also. The toroid is held fast by the sealant.

They still look kinda golden but I'll take your word for it.

Maybe Lost will pop in with some info about it
