Pictured are 2 lots of components. Obviously they appear to be gold plated. When it comes to Alchemy and Donkey urine. I'm there. In knowledge only. No. I do not have the laboratory in my basement. Ha ha hee hee intended here. But. Thinking something is gold is a strong draw. I already feel if these have anything to do with gold. It is most likely "Chasing the wind". I would appreciate input from the forum.

Can always send in to Chris et al. They'll be able to scan it with the gun and let you know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You've been here long enough there's probably no reason for me to mention it... I always get nervous seeing Clare since they manufacture mercury switches (these don't look like any I've seen, especially with the gold color)

I’m going to say likely gold plate based on the scratches and etching.

BTW you don’t need a laboratory.
$25-$50 for an acid set with stone
$5 for stretch to fit chem gloves
$10 roll of Bounty extra mega

Just make sure the acid test kit has 8K mix in it. It’s my start point and end point for testing scrap gold. If the rub survives it goes to a trusted buyer with an xrf. If it doesn’t it hits the bin for my refiner.
