Bottom none looks like part of an industry rack. Bunch of peripheral boards and copper/aluminium/steel.

Next up from bottom looks like traffic control equipment.
Not seeing much but have no clue what’s inside a signal box… sry.

Next above looks like a red light cam system. This has potential, but could go either way.

Top same as…:

The up side these such systems are completely modular so whatever they decided to pay into or replace over time could be good.

The down side these are completely modular and you only get what they were willing to spend into it.

A quick look at a few parts images show this could all range midgrade to low telco.

If it’s from a big city with a large school zone with thousands of kids, they probably put some effort into safety and have some good boards.
If a small village o with a few dozen kids and no traffic they didn’t put any money into it; just isn’t needed.

So use that for scrap value.

From resale the stuff does sell, and a bunch of that came up as auctionable.
Just remember there aren’t a million people looking for a camera relay board for an outdated modular wlan to fibre controller. Etc. But a lot of it is pricing $50+

They are up in Arrington, TX which is a very large school system. I will keep an eye on those and may bid $10 or $20 if no one else does before auction ends.
