I have this old Intel TT80503166 SL26R. Would this be worth more to a collector than scrap ? Does anyone here collect CPUs ?

Standard “apple cpu” design cpu card.

Only Power and ARM cards have collector interest on any scale. Excluding early gold cap ceramics on cards like the first Sun cards.

I collect chips. If there’s something specific you’re asking.

I believe that’s a mobile overdrive cpu off hand.
If you handed it to me I’d probably give you a quarter.
