I harvested parts from these boards and have another 30 or 40 of them. Fingers and ic have been removed yet they are still heavily populated.
Sellable to boardsort? if so under what catagory - Thanks in advance.

It’s up to Chris but my guess with that many CMCs it’s still midgrade

Neither. If your shipping midgrade is below the common thresh threshold for most people. Cost wise.
But if you are commercial I don’t seee any issue with that volume and if you bring them in they will tell you there.
