Stuff like that costs too much for me to ship so I take it to my local yard. They classify it as copper bearing shred. I think all yards have a different name for it.

Entirety depends on the buyer.
As is generally it will be motors 1 and motors 2 for the bare and the coated copper.
But I’d they buy as copper you have #3 and #4
Or #1 shred


If you unspool them you have #1 and number #2 copper
