If laptop is missing battery and hard drive will it still receive partial laptop rate or will it need to be broken down and sold as its components

That would be a partial assuming it has an intact screen.

Thank you. First time with escrap, planning trip to you in spring. I have approximate 50 laptops in the mix. Tore one down to compare to partial price and it looks like it only nets less than $1 more as components. I am attaching picture if you don't mind confirming what I have in the laptop. Also does the intact screen half of the laptop have any scrap value on its own?

You can find working laptop screen buyers at places like buylcd and sellbroke.
Ebay works too.
