 Post subject: Old keyboards

Sorry don’t have a pic. I picked up 5 keyboards that have no label on them from a manufacturer. No markings either. They have no Mylar. All the buttons are thru hole solder on the board. They have a telephone cord and socket to go to the computer. Any idea anyone?

Seems like they are from old terminals. Does it look like the one in the pic?

The key (pin) thing that peaks my interest is phone cable and plug, as in a phone Jack?

Those RJ keyboards were popular cabling choice for everything from from terminals and workstations to minicomputers and 8/10/16 bit machines pre PC.

A photo helps but if the keys have full travel and it’s relatively clean even untested they could be a minimum of a few dollars each. But the sky’s the limit on the other end.

4 years too late for me on these keyboards with phone jack ends. Already disposed of mine in the scrap

That’s an old terminal keyboard.
They run $10-$50 if the keys all work.
A lot more if restored
