When getting boards ready to ship to BoardSort, I know to remove steel plates batteries and fans, but is there anything else that I am SUPPOSED to remove to get the best price? One article tells me not to take ANYTHING off the boards except for plates and batteries, and another article says I should also be removing items such as transformers and copper torroids?? Sorry, just a little confused and don’t want to get downgraded because of a wrong choice.

Never remove anything beyond what your told in photo replies.l except
shields, heatsinks, and batteries.

Anything beyond that is generally no more than common sense. Obviously when your sending in that Sinclair with the gold cap cpu you should remove the 5 pound transformer from the left side. (Why are you scraping a Sinclair?)

But generally, again, no, nothing else.
