I have a lot of gold finger edge cards with no components are they the same as Gold Finger Card Clean NO Fan NO Sink NO Bracket?

If all those slot connectors have gold contacts. They can all go Gold Finger Card. Clean. No fan. No sink. No bracket.

As Cat mentioned. Most likely GFC with or without the bracket. You can always fall back on backplane expansions.

The dell and HP are likely backplane. Too much board to components.
The rest should be gold finger cards without issues
