Does anyone know anything about these? Should I scrap them or figure out how test them and sell them?

Bring it into a RadioShack, if you can find one. Or a computer store (any non big box computer store) and ask them to match an adapter. Testing them is nothing more than plugging them into a windows or Linux computer and on Linux mountain them as a media drive.
If the computer sees it it works well enough for ebay—used—working as a powers up untested device.

Scrap it’s all peripheral or worse. Done a few of these and lost my shirt.

They start at around $10-$20 on ebay and climb to near $100 for the majority

I haven't gone thru everything yet. There's a bunch of wires for the cameras and the trunk mount VHS recorders. There may be the the right wires I can test them with.
I knew if I could get this lot for next to nothing, I could make money on the stainless steel housings and all the wire. In at $12.00 for the lot I will make money.
