i may be able to get 500+ of each of these and trying to decide if its worth it. on board 1 should i remove the 8 socketed chips or leave them. on board 2 does the glass come off and if so what is the best method and does it have any value. thanks

I think you should be able to remove the 8 socketed ships and still be at peripheral. And I think the screen does need to come off.

Those screens have no intention of coming off without hurting you. Just slap a piece of packing tape over it to keep it from sending shards through the box.

Boardsort won’t take the screen itself alone but I’ve never had any complaint for leaving it on a board when I tape over it. There’s some good quality metals in them including nickel and silver. Pulse a metal mesh which is most often solid nickel or silveride. Enough value to not decline it properly prepped, not enough for me to suggest going after it on your own.
