I am pretty confidant that these 2 boards are H. G. Periph but I just wanted to make sure. The pics are all of the same 2 boards front and back.

I want to say low peripheral on the small board

You're at least at high peripheral on the larger board but I'm real tempted to say low telco (which it may be). Let's see if ccussins or someone can confirm that.

I would really like to get CC's eye's or someone who can give me a definitive grade on these boards because right now they are sitting in a big ole pile on my couch. ;)

The big board is hard. I too am tempted to say Low Grade Telecom, but to be safe, I would just send it as High Grade Peripheral and see if it gets upgraded. The small one should be Low Grade Peripheral like marked141 said.
