That looks like a backplane board, but it seems to have two CPUs on it. If you can get a clearer close up picture of the CPUs that will help with identification.

After more research I found out that is a memory expansion board out of an IBM Power5 server. Too bad you didn't have the entire unit, they still have some resale value higher than scrap. With that said I don't know 100% what grade it would be from Boardsort, but my guess is Low Grade Telecom because of the heavy connector and lots of plastic memory slots. If it didn't have those it "could" fall into a multi socket mother board large or small depending on the size of the CPUs.
