Would these be considered peripheral high grade or backplane expansion?

I meant to check this on my computer last night where I could see it better but missed it. Definitely not a backplane and it'll clear high peripheral but may go better. I'll try to remember to look again tonight when I can see it.

Well... Our ISP went out of business and said we had internet through May to give us time to get a new service but our internet has been out since Friday morning so I'm stuck using my phone. Which means I can't get a good look at this until I don't know when... D:

Okay finally...

Shorter boards (have they been cut in half?) I'm leaning high peripheral but maybe it can go low telco, just not comfortable saying it can for sure.

Longer boards I think can nudge into low telco.
