1/4) Not entirely sure if those boxes are copper or what, they probably need to be opened up/removed to see what's under them to determine a grade. As is I'm leaning midgrade but knowing what's under there should change that.

2) Leaning low telco as I'm assuming all the ports will have gold pins

3) Not sure, ideally backplane but I think that category relies on gold pins in each of those slots and this board may not have them. If you can see gold plating on the pins in the slots you should be good. If not, midgrade, possibly low peripheral.
