Ohkay my first thought was large socket because of the slot X on it. But you have a massive 486 class (i know it's not a 486 but sparc 96k) cpu soldered to the board as well and full setup (co-proc) for 4 cpus.
So while I'd point you to dual large socket it's not definitive. I also see two more powered slots (amx?) And a Gold pinned power-bus socket connector point so you may be well on your way to a higher grade. especially if it's full coverage flashing.
