Really.. those came from out a scanner, well I'm glad I asked bout it

I could always be wrong but I'm not seeing much on any of those to warrant even high peripheral.

1 has a bunch of lower value components with weight that I think prevent it from getting high peripheral

2 Almost all of those black squares are not IC chips; they're likely transistors (other things come packaged like that but not ICs), I could see an argument for low peripheral but I'm not comfortable making that call.
