AntMiner Hashboard. Both sides have aluminum heat sinks, one standard aluminum color and the other side as if chrome or nickel plated aluminum I suppose for ease of properly installing board into slots. There are no large chips, only a paper thin ceramic chip under each heat sink. Some of the tiny chips adhere to the heat sinks leaving the gold mounting space exposed, while others leave the tiny chip attached to the board.
How to remove the sinks without detaching the chips?
and what grade board with sinks removed?

Heat generally is the best option, I would try heating the aluminum directly and gradually add more heat until you get one to come off. It may loosen the chip from the board before the heatsink from the chip though.
