That pc MB by definition is large socket, but I don't know if you'd be dinged for all the missing ICs.
I'm unclear how to grade Apple motherboards. I have a green 1995 board similar to yours and some blue ones from Mac Pros 2004-2009 that I've been meaning to id.

That's an old one there! I don't see what talking about with the missing ICs. If you are talking about the sockets, it's ok to pull off socketed ICs.

Thank you for clarifying about the ICs. I only questioned it because the number of (empty) sockets seemed to take up so much space.
I had not come across that Apple MB post. It left a lot of boards unclassified, but mine are covered, so thank you again.

The long black slots are for expansion cards and the white strips are for memory, so nothing is missing there. I think the smaller rectangles in the corner are where the chips were. Only a few chips were removed. Should be ok.
