I'm just starting and have two questions about the gold-strip or finger boards in the back of flat screen TVs and computer monitors. The one shown is from a TV. Is it a medium grade board or something better? Are the ones in modern flat screen computer monitors mid grade or something better? Thanks for any help.

If memory serves me correctly, the LCD screen strips are high grade peripheral.

Yes, as long as these boards have the "gold fingers" running along 1 edge of the board they will be graded as high grade peripheral.
