Found this on ground. Kinda shaped like a hard drive but no gold finger? Thoughts?

Almost like a Cd-Rom board? I see those flash chips on them all the time, plus the power ribbons. This big chip throws me off? I look closely that black connector almost looks similar to a Low-SATA port, too?
