I will be processing several hundred of the access points.
What quality of board are they?

You should pop the shields off; should be at least high peripheral at that point, might take some additional pics once you have one cleaned up.

Took about 4 minutes to remove shielding.

So if you have hundreds, you might send Chris an email with a link to this post to get a definite answer so you can decide what to do.

Generally removing shields is necessary for the best price. My guess, the board can probably clear high peripheral without removing the shields but it's probably at the lower end of the grade. With the shields off I think there's an argument to be made for low Telco. Personally, I'd probably pull the shields and drop in high peripheral but you have to decide if the extra labor is worth it in your situation.

I have about 300 of the Aruba wireless access units I'm finishing up processing. I emailed Chris and he said the main board is high peripheral and the secondary is midgrade with no upgrade possible. Really thought the smaller board could get to low peripheral with cleaning the toroids and transformer off but apparently not. Sending Chris an email with that quantity is your best bet

I legit had the same question on the same board last week. I emailed Chris and, yes, remove the shield and it will be Peripheral High.
