Scrapping out a big pile of old DVI-Fiber transmitters and receivers, not quite sure where these things fall, OSCAR gives me a different result with different justifications each time I submit it.

It technically has a gold edge on the boards, but isn't too loaded with components like the gold edge boards on the videos were.

They will not go Gold Edge. I submitted some PCB's with nice gold edging. Even O.S.C.A.R. called at least one gold edge. So I went with it. But. Boardsort explained that Gold Edge category. Gold Edge is a special extra heavy PCB. I can't remember exactly but it not your regular type board.
We need a more experienced scrapper to post the exact explaination.
Those will easily go High Peripheral.
