Please take a look and let me know how this might be graded as-is, and then if I was able to remove the shielding around the RJ45 jacks. I'm not sure how to remove them, but leave the gold-containing RJ45s still connected to the board.
This is the first white/silver board like this that I have come across...

You will likely not be successful at removing the shielding from the rj45s, I wouldn't even bother. Go watch the videos for Peripheral grades and I think you will see a match in High Peripheral for this one.

(E-scrap Prices Menu at the top, each has a video with examples.)

Thank you OlyMan, I will leave the board as-is (but note I had already removed the heatsinks). Interestingly, OSCAR gave the Suggestion of High Grade Telecomm, so I watched that video too and it ended with several Cisco boards being shown. Since this came out of a commercial-grade device, I think I will try for that. Thanks also to all that viewed this post!
