Looking for some advice on what these four components would be classified as.

I only feel confident to respond to the connector ends as pictured.
Those will be in the category of Connector Ends. But. But. But. You must cut back the wires as close to the connector. The gold tint/coating puts that right into Connector Ends category. But must be prepared correctly to be accepted.
Also. That mouse dongel. Does it show gold contacts? If so. Good chance Connector Ends. Me personally. I would cut back and remove metal shielding.
Hopefully. A more experienced scrapper will chime in.

Oh. The power adapter. Only a more experienced E-scrapper can respond to that question.

Image 1 looks like a "Power Adapters No Wire" to me. It wouldn't be worth the cost of shipping, so drive to Boardsort or find a local yard that will take it.
