Many of the items I have are new inventory but no longer needed. Costs of some of these items are extremely high, but may not be worth scrapping for the gold.

Connector 1 is a stainless steel shell with gold contacts and gold solder tail pins. Weight is about .5 oz each.

Connector 2 is plastic shell, gold pins. Each connector is individually packaged with a stainless hardware kit included.

What group would these be under to determine if they are worth un-packaging them.

gold connector.
If you have a large amount you might check with Chris as mil spec for gold plating historically was higher than civilian, though this changed I think in the 90's.
