What are those gray rectangular objects that seem to be clipped down and secured with RTV? Heatsinks? I would think. I strongly suggest removing them to see what is under them. With them on the board. Low Telecom. Removing them. Most likely an upgrade.

Looks like a type of transformer (or whatever more appropriate name these function as)

Did you remove part of the board?
