What should I classify this board as? Some gold pins and a bunch of gold pads that were for soft buttons. No chips. Thanks for the help!!

Frye Electronics...so close to Fry's Electronics :D

I'm leaning midgrade, there's almost nothing in the board and only a little gold. It's possible there's enough gold to get into low peripheral but I'm not comfortable making that call.
