Though they dont have fingers but pins and heavy population and are actual ram sticks
Chris has not responded as of yet to email so figure I would try here

Without gold fingers you're probably not going to get gold fingered ram price for them. High Telco seems like the lowest possible option but Chris may provide a custom price for them.

Of course you haven't heard back from him, which may just be business keeping him busy, you may want to try to reach out once more and possibly by phone.
