Does that have pins? Or is it smooth. Based on that question. It will be P4/green fiber with metal. Or. No Pin CPU.
Hopefully someone else will post.
Here to learn like everybody else.

This one has pins sticking up, not smooth like the other one.

Ceramic has a pink-purple color typically. That has a green fiber board.

So green fiber with pins

to be absolutely clear. P4 fiber with metal. Green fiber with pins can't have the metal cap.

yep . P4 fiber with metal. I send ryzen pro CPUs in all the time as P4 fiber with metal, you can thank covid era supply chain protection for that. Believe it or not the ryzen G line used by OEMs have a piece of code written into the CPU/motherboard buy the OEM, after the code is written into the CPU a set of write fuses inside the CPU is blown tying the CPU it to that OEM and you can't use them in different OEM branded motherboards. Not a big deal but a lot of the time that code goes haywire and bricks the CPU.
