If you can verify the 960 chip has a gold cap on the bottom, it'll be gold cap chip. Otherwise, high telco.

Drill a hole through the board opposite the center of the 960 chip. Use it as a "sight" hole. If you see gold. There you go. Tag it. Gold Cap. Put a note on the board alerting to the sight hole.

was going to say just that, however those are trimmed GFC but if that's a gold capped chip then its a higher grade.

Also all those looked like they were good until you cut the fingers off, Pentium pro stuff is worth a crap ton on the second hand market and can be fought over on ebay, that quad socket 8 motherboard would go for a lot if it works and not be cut up or chips ripped off it.
