Hey y'all,
Got an old, roasted arcade game from 1983, it has these ICs with windows that have either goldish or silver visible in them. How do we classify? Thanks for your help!

Eproms usually go ic class. There are exceptional exceptions but if it has silver legs and a black case it's 99.9% probability ic class.

Keep in mind they are identical to ne-roms. If anything the glass window would add trash weight to the item. They're otherwise identical.
