I feel like it would be backplanes but then I get thrown off with the gold teeth?

A correct evaluation on this type of board has a lot to do with the connectors on the boards. Do the connectors have gold contacts? No doubt you have gold fingers. But. Being Backplane or Gold Finger Card. Needs further investigation. They very well could go Gold Finger Card. But. Are the slots filled with gold contacts?
Here to learn like everybody else.

These are definitely some oddities.

One has two sets of fingers on what I think would otherwise be backplane
Another doesn't have a traditional backplane socket and looks like a gfc.

The single socket should be backplane.

the dual one you have, you can pull the two boars part most likely

From what I know, boards like this if they have gold on both side of the finger and gold pins in the slots then its CGF card, if not then its backplanes

Needs multiple connectors for gfc

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24144

So single socket is backplane
The dual board does at least have two sockets but then it's two boards with no sockets on one but does have lots of fingers...again I kinda lean backplane but if someone can verify gfc I wouldn't have an issue with it.
And the one that looks like a gfc anyways but maybe because there's not much going on there it's not?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anywho that's my input
