I have seen similar pics in different threads. However, google says it’s a vintage Motorola XPC750 CPU. How should I sort this. Thanks

I would think it would go as a apple cpu

I was leaning the same direction. I have one of those at home somewhere actually, just never been sure enough of the grade do it sits around instead of getting sent in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The side with the 2 ic chips and the square thing are very similar to the apple cpu but the backs are quite different. The one I have has a bigger square with gold pins and the pic of the apple cpu featured in the boardsort e-scrap menu looks very different (don’t know the lingo as I am very new to this and do not have a tech background)

Sweet, I think mine doesn't, or was soldered at some point...and...I couldn't tell from the first picture.
