I going to say High Peripheral. No nice gold pin connector. Nor really high density ICs. No gold tab BGA.
Maybe. Some other member will put it at Low Telecom. That is a possibility.

I don't know whiskers, I think there's enough to edge into telco. That one connector seems to have gold pins but OP would need to confirm and lots of ICs.

Ok. Low Telecom. I know I was concentrating on a good connector with gold pins. And didn't really look at the chip density adding up from both board sides. Also. No junk.
