Top board has a Dallas switch! (The one that says Dallas ;P ) It's a battery, remove it.

The Zilog Z80s catch my eye (really just the ceramic one). I can't see any gold but you might email boardsort and make sure there's nothing special about those ICs

If they're not anything special, leave them and go high telco on both. If they say there's some extra value in them then you may want to remove some. Depending on how many you may still have high telco boards and separate ICs (take too many ICs and the board value will go down)
