Right, almost every category won't be 100% only this or that.
A board that's typically one grade may go higher or lower due to differences in the specs at time of manufacture or alterations made by the consumer or scrapper. Essentially we're placing the board into the closest grade (price per pound). You could literally have thousands of grades incremented by a penny but that would be a logistical nightmare.
