What would this be graded at, hdd logic board or telecom or ?

It is from an HP LTO2 Ultrium drive.

Note the HP logo on the side with the label, below and to the right of the main LSI logic chip, between the oscillator and the capacitor.

the problem with these is there's also a lot more board weight than the Hard Drive boards.
This will almost certainly fall into telco.
