All looks midgrade. Basing on i believe those pins are brass.

It's got a heavy seal and though it's not the top of the search every code and number comes up with gm somewhere on the early end of the list.
The lower one /looks/ like a clutch assembly board and the top one... not sure at all. And i could be totally off. But whatever it's from...
It's designed for water resistance.
Sorry i can't find anything concrete. Anything on the back?
