What is the thing that says TOE 2? From top to bottom I was thinking telecom, then peripheral, gold pin connector, and then midgrade. Am I correct?

Arent some of these photos the same board, front and back? A brown board can be a Back side? Im very confused between the photos and this reply of the grades. Am i the only one confused here?
