I've working on getting some material from a local yard and found maybe 8 of these guys. They let me take a couple with me so that I could figure out what they are. So... what are they?

I thought I saw Texas Instruments on one of the boards (not the chips) but I'm either loosing it or I grabbed the wrong ones to do my photos.

Anyways they resemble RAM but have pins instead of teeth.

Such boards go as high telco. They’re memory expansion boards

Fwiw I’m sure Chris would be happy to pay you the lower fingerless ram rate if you insisted.
