 Post subject: Motherboard & question

The first pic is of a motherboard that has the L2 Cache & heatsink soldered to the board. Do I need to remove this?

The second picture I'm unsure what to classify it as.

The top one you can ignore. The weight ratio is to small to make a difference her.

Small socket motherboard. Sometimes there are boards that you can not make comply. Chris is a stickler, not a king. That’s not coming off without special tools.
