So this is a “Gold Cap Leg 8086 IC” for scrap not a 17-8086K as listed on Tested CPU buying program pay list ?

The tested chip is the letter I, not the number 1. You have an 8086 class CPU.

Actually a Crown SC 8005 but still the 8086 class.
