Pins look gold but I’m not sure about the rest...and then what category do they go in

Gold!

Those are older silver/gold transistors.
Some stand real tall off the board and have long gold pins that attach it.

Least likely they can be oscillators , too.

The older ones like these have nice returns and goodies.

They’re gold. Resistors and capacitors.
Boardsort buys them but you need to email Chris for a rate. They’re not on the order form.
