Can any of the gold fingers be removed without a downgrade? Will removing bracket upgrade anything to high telecom?

Here's my guess:

1) Remove bracket for High Grade Telecom. I don't think you can remove the fingers without a downgrade.
2 and 3: Gold Finger Card with Bracket. Without Bracket: Clean Gold Finger Card.
