I have a pretty worthless arcade board (it was a trivia game) that doesn’t work, so I’m scrapping it. 90% of the chips on the board are socketed and with all of them in Im certain it’s high grade teleco. However I would like to keep some of them and I was wondering if the number of chips I removed was enough to bump the board to low grade teleco. Anyone think I did bring the grade down? (Note that some of the already empty sockets didn’t have chips, they had daughter boards with multiple roms)

Doesn’t work? John K should be held accountable.

Looks like on the edge with chips out. Too close to call.
